What personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 5 October 2026.

Siddhi Scientific is operated by DreamTusk Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”), the data fiduciary for the personal data described here under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

Your account: your name, email address and password. The password is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that we can't read.
If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and a Google account ID. We don't receive your Google password.
Your subscription: whether you subscribe, the plan, renewal and cancellation dates, and the IDs Stripe gives your customer record and subscription. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
One-time codes: the codes we email to verify your address or reset your password, stored scrambled and valid only for a short time.
Emails we send you: a record of which account emails were sent and when.

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and we don't sell your personal data.

2. Why we use it

To create and run your account, and keep you signed in.
To provide Premium access and handle billing.
To send account emails: verification and password-reset codes, a welcome email, and subscription confirmations, renewals, reminders and cancellations.
To keep accounts secure — for example, codes stop working after too many wrong attempts.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use your data for these purposes with your consent, which you give by creating an account, or where the law allows it.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the site, and only what each one needs:

Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Zoho ZeptoMail — sending account and subscription emails.
Our hosting and storage providers — running the site and its database.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside India.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in (sub_access_token, sub_refresh_token and sub_persist). They can't be read by other sites or by scripts on the page. The Google sign-in button, where shown, may set Google's own cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Account and subscription data: while your account is open, and after that only as long as the law requires (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
Verification and password-reset codes: until used or expired.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
correct or update it (you can change your password yourself from your account);
delete your account and personal data, unless we must keep some of it by law;
withdraw your consent — note that we can't provide an account without it;
nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

Email hello@siddhiscientific.com from the address on your account. You can cancel Premium at any time from Your plan.

7. Security

Passwords and one-time codes are stored hashed, the site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), sign-in cookies are protected from page scripts, and emailed codes lock after five wrong attempts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Children

The site isn't intended for children under 18. We don't knowingly create accounts for them without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell you by email about significant changes.
