Terms of Service

Siddhi Scientific is operated by DreamTusk Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Your account

• You can sign up with your email address and a password, or with your Google account.
• Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at hello@siddhiscientific.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or subscribe.

2. Free and Premium content

Free stories can be read by anyone with an account. Premium stories, and audio narration on selected stories, need an active Premium subscription.

3. Premium subscription and payments

• Premium is billed monthly. The price is shown before you pay.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Your plan. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See Cancellation & refunds.
• If a renewal payment fails, Premium access is paused until the payment method is updated.
• We may change the price in future; we'll tell you before it applies to your subscription.

4. Using the content

• Articles, audio and images on the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us.
• You may read them and share links to them for your own, non-commercial use.
• Don't copy, republish or sell our content, share your account, or pass on Premium content to people who haven't subscribed, without our written permission.
• Don't scrape the site, try to get around the paywall, or interfere with how the site works.

5. Not professional advice

Our stories are for general information about technology, health and other topics. They are not medical, financial or other professional advice. Always ask a qualified professional about your own situation.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features and content. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell subscribers by email.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@siddhiscientific.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [city].
